Q: Will the grinding head harm my baby in any way? 
A: No. The heads are made from a pliable material that is safe for the skin. It is effective at grinding down baby’s nails, but will not hurt or harm your baby. 

Q: Would this work on a newborn or toddler?
A: Yes, each file pad is color-coded for all different ages.

Q: Do I still need nail clippers or scissors?
A: One of our aims was to lower the risk of your baby getting hurt when trimming their nails, eliminating the use of nail clippers.

Q: How long will the different nail files last?
A: Each nail file can last up to 4 to 5 years if used twice a week. Replacement file heads are also available.

How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have a maximum of 35 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 35 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 35 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.|
Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?

Yes, you should pay for the return shipping fee.

Refunds:

1. For products that are returned in accordance with this return Policy, refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package.
2. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
