How many times can you use this?

–Ā You can re-use this repeatedly and could get up to 100+ wash loads out of a pair.

It says they are sticky; how do you clean the fur off of them?

–Ā The fur is cleaned off with the water in your washer. Thereā€™s no need to rinse them off or clean them. Just remove it from the dryer when youā€™re done drying clothes, and throw it back into the washer for the next cycle.

Has anyone used this with fabric softener and if so, does it still work?Ā 

–Ā Not effective with fabric softener.

How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have a maximum of 35 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 35 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 35 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.|
Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?

Yes, you should pay for the return shipping fee.
Please note that any additional returns must be postmarked within 35 days of the purchase date.

Refunds:

1. For products that are returned in accordance with this return Policy, refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package.
2. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
