How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?
You have a maximum of 35 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 35 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 35 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.|
Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?
Yes, you should pay for the return shipping fee.
Please note that any additional returns must be postmarked within 35 days of the purchase date.

Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
The email address you used to complete your order
A member of our Customer Service team will reply to your message within 24 hours.
Refunds:
1. For products that are returned in accordance with this return Policy, refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package.
2. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your purchase date.
